Shipping Policy

  • Orders usually take between 2 to 5 working days depending on your location
  • Every order has 3 attempts for delivery. The courier will try to contact by phone up to 3 times. If there's no response or the delivery can't be completed, the order will be returned to us.
  • You can easily track your order through the tracking link you got on your SMS

Exchange Policy

  • We accept exchange requests within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • The exchange process takes 3 to 5 working days.
  • Items must be in good condition, unworn, and with original packaging.
  • Out-of-stock items are non-exchangeable.
  • Kindly be informed that shipping fees aren't refundable. The customer is responsible for covering any additional shipping and handling costs on accepted exchange/refund requests.
  • All orders are subject to only one post-purchase action.

Refund Policy
