-Every order has 3 attempts for delivery. The courier will try to contact by phone up to 3 times. If there's no response or the delivery can't be completed, the order will be returned to us.
-Cancelling you're order requires you to handle all shipping costs.

Exchange Policy
-We accept exchange requests within 24 hours of receiving your order.
-The exchange process takes 3 to 5 working days.
-Items must be in original condistion, unworn, and with original packaging.
-Out-of-stock items are non-exchangeable.
-Kindly be informed that shipping fees aren't refundable. The customer is responsible for covering any additional shipping and handling costs on accepted exchange/refund requests.
